PMP certification is must. Develop comprehensive project plans, define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Create detailed work breakdown structures (WBS) and project schedules, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations. Allocate resources efficiently and effectively, including team members, budget, and technology assets. Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as necessary to meet project goals. Leverage your technical background to understand project requirements, technical challenges, and development processes. Collaborate with technical teams to make informed decisions and provide guidance on technical aspects of the project.Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively manage risks to minimize their impact on project timelines and deliverables. Maintain clear and open communication with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management. Provide regular updates on project status, issues, and progress. Effectively manage project scope changes by evaluating their impact, obtaining necessary approvals, and adjusting project plans as needed. Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk assessments, and other relevant materials. Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Provide guidance and support to team members to help them achieve their best performance. Ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded, and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and project delivery. Plan the release of project deliverables and release life cycle. Communicate the project-related tasks such as plans, timelines, requirements, etc. between different teams. Coordinate the release schedule and resources required depending upon the third-party applications, defect backlogs, planned releases, and infrastructure updates. Identify the risks that can delay the release and manage them, such that the scope scheduled, and quality of the release is not affected. Track the progress and find issues, if any. Always work to improve the process of release. Make sure that the release is planned, according to the requirements and budget. Schedule the release readiness reviews before deployment and milestone reviews after each release. Create plans for the implementation and deployment as per the release schedule.
