Immediate need for a talented Project Coordinator/Manager Operations (Medical Device). This is a 06 -12+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in U.S(Remote; PST). Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with stakeholders, operations, solution development teams and enterprise leadership in reviewing initiatives and gathering project objectives/requirements. • Develop and maintain project plans specifying goals, strategy, scheduling, impacts, risks, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources • Work with solution development team throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC). • Manage project timelines and be accountable for timely completion of project tasks, milestones, and deliverables as agreed with stakeholders. • Act as liaison between operations, project management organization and solution development teams on project needs. • Prepare project status reports and keep management, clients, and others informed of project status and related issues. Adhere to the project governance framework for project reporting and documentation. • Confer with project personnel to clarify technical details and facilitate issue resolution. • Drive project progress by leading through influence as well as serving as an individual contributor as needed. • Be flexible and readily adaptable while collaborating with cross-functional teams and individuals at all levels and backgrounds. • Interface regularly with the operations teams on cross-workstream synergy and continuous improvement efforts in response to stakeholder feedback. • This position assumes and performs other duties and assignments as required by the operations leadership. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: • Key skills; Strong Project Management Expertise • Software Development Methodology Knowledge • Industry Experience & Regulatory Compliance- medical device or healthcare domain • Minimum of a bachelor s degree in a technical discipline • Professional certifications such as PMP, Scrum master, ITIL will be a plus. • Hands-on project management skills, able to manage multiple simultaneous projects in a complex and fast-paced environment. • Working knowledge of software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and development-operations practices. • Experience working in medical device and general healthcare industry (including industry regulatory and compliance standards ISO, FDA, HIPAA) is preferred.
