As a Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex projects, manage maintenance planning, and coordinate with various teams to ensure efficient operations in data centers. Responsibilities Manage the flow of all maintenance work orders by working with Data Center Operations teams and vendors Be responsible for the planning and scheduling of technicians and parts needed to perform maintenance activities Collaborate with facility management in the development and maintenance of schedules and resource leveling by utilizing the site CMMS program Establish and maintain CMMS equipment files, parts inventory, equipment bill of materials, and program manager schedules Manage the process of launching a CMMS solution at the site level used in the daily operation of our data centers Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience 1 year of program management experience Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling Experience working with a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Knowledge of large-scale facility electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems Ability to develop long-term strategic maintenance plans and forecasts Ability to communicate with internal customers and external parties, and address any issues Benefits Bonus Equity Benefits Company Overview Google specializes in internet-related services and products, including search, advertising, and software.
