We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our Banking as a Service (BaaS) product team. You'll play a pivotal role in the 0->1 development of the ‘Bank’ product that will facilitate rapid settlement via various local payment rails, enabling frictionless transactions for our institutional clients. Your efforts will directly drive engagement, volumes, and client satisfaction across our platform. Responsibilities: • Banking Product Strategy: Define and execute the BaaS product roadmap to deliver instant, reliable, and seamless banking and payment experiences aligned with client needs and business growth. • Integration & Settlement: Lead integrations with global banking partners, ensuring swift and secure settlements through local payment rails. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: collaborate closely with other internal product teams to create a unified, intuitive user experience across our entire product ecosystem. • Technical Specifications: Engage closely with banking partners to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and product features. • Client-Centric Design: Develop intuitive client onboarding, monitoring, and self-service tools that significantly enhance the overall client experience. • Market & Regulatory Insight: Stay ahead of market trends, competitive offerings, and evolving regulatory landscapes to proactively adapt and innovate. • Metrics & Analytics: Establish and track key metrics around client adoption, transaction volume growth, system reliability, and product engagement. • Documentation: Oversee clear and comprehensive documentation, ensuring ease of integration and compliance for both internal teams and external partners. • Stakeholder Management: Manage strategic relationships with banking partners and internal stakeholders, proactively addressing needs and fostering collaborative relationships. Qualifications: • 6+ years in product management, with a focus on banking/payments infrastructure and integrations • Proven experience with integrations across banking systems and local payment rails (SWIFT, ACH, SEPA, PIX, etc.) • Deep understanding of financial protocols, regulatory environments, and compliance requirements • Demonstrated success designing and launching API-driven financial products • Strong technical acumen and ability to navigate complex banking systems • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Experience in fintech or financial services; familiarity with FX or cross-border payments preferred • Crypto/blockchain integration experience is advantageous but not required What We Offer: • Competitive compensation and equity • Opportunity to shape a rapidly growing fintech product • Collaborative, fast-paced, and supportive culture • Exposure to global banking partners and cutting-edge payment solutions We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
