Description"Please note that this job is a seasonal role (FTC) for 12 months on the payroll of Amazon" ****Amazon.com is looking for a smart, enthusiastic, hard-working, and creative candidate to join the Selection Validation team as a Product Compliance Associate Sr. This position offers an exciting introduction to the Amazon Marketplace and provides a training ground for success. You will be responsible for adhering to SOP and meeting the assigned goals. Our environment is fast-paced, and requires someone who is a self-starter, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with multiple teams, partners, and management. The candidate should have a track record of delivering results, experience processing large amount of data and report generation & management. The candidate should be able to resolve issues with minimal guidance.A Day in the life of a Sr Compliance Associate: You follow the SOP, feedback and guidance provided to ensure incoming requests are fulfilled with optimal productivity, assured quality, and within set SLAs. You support the team and organization in various projects.Key job responsibilities Fulfill incoming requests following set Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Maintain defined quality standards. Provide ideas, collaborate across internal teams and stakeholders for process improvement projects. Be open to operating in rotational shifts (any 5 days in a week).Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration or a related field Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications (especially Excel) at an advanced level Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines Experience working with fast-moving, high-performance teams and driving innovative solutions tailored to unique business environments Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English Experience in e-commerce or online advertising 2+ years of data-driven business operations processes experience Passion for innovation, automation and operational excellencePreferred Qualifications Experience with data analysis and SQL Knowledge of VBA and Excel Macro creation and modification Knowledge of basic Programming Languages like Python, VB, HTML, XML feedsOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
