As the Process and Controls Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure compliance with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards across our operations. Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with ESG standards across all company operations. Monitor and analyze current processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement in regards to ESG standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG considerations into business processes and decision-making. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to ESG standards and identify potential areas of risk. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to ESG and make recommendations for improvement. Work closely with senior leadership to establish and maintain company-wide ESG goals and targets. Develop and maintain relationships with relevant external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and community organizations, to stay informed of any changes or updates to ESG standards. Provide training and support to employees at all levels to increase awareness and understanding of ESG principles and practices. Prepare and submit reports on ESG performance to senior management and external stakeholders. Continuously monitor and track progress towards ESG goals and identify opportunities for further improvement. Identify and implement innovative solutions to reduce the company's environmental impact and promote social responsibility. Act as a subject matter expert on ESG issues and provide guidance and support to other departments. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop and implement ESG-related messaging and initiatives. Serve as a company spokesperson on ESG matters and participate in external events and speaking engagements. Foster a culture of sustainability and social responsibility within the company by promoting ESG principles and encouraging employee engagement.
