Primary Skills: Data Privacy (Expert), Compliance Operations (Expert), Regulatory Knowledge (Advanced), Privacy Investigation (Expert), legal compliance (Expert) Contract Type: W2 Duration: 12+ Months Location: Pay Range: $45 - $50 per hour on W2 #LP Job Summary • Seeking a Data Privacy Compliance Specialist to manage global data subject requests (DSRs) and ensure adherence to international privacy regulations. This role focuses on meeting legal deadlines, maintaining strict confidentiality, and driving operational excellence in privacy processes. Key Responsibilities: • Process deletion, access, and portability requests within required SLAs. • Follow data privacy policies, security protocols, and workflows. • Provide updates and reports to leadership; maintain confidentiality. • Research and draft responses to complex privacy incidents and complaints. • Track legal/privacy trends and recommend process improvements. Must-Have Skills: • 1+ years in compliance, legal operations, or data privacy. • Working knowledge of global privacy regulations (GDPR, U.S. state laws, etc.). • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases under tight deadlines. • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Proven ability to identify gaps and improve workflows. Industry Experience: Compliance, Legal, Data Privacy, or Regulatory Operations (tech or global consumer-facing environment preferred).
