Principal Quality Engineering
As a Principal Quality Engineering leader at Fanatics Betting & Gaming, you will drive quality initiatives for their Casino platforms, focusing on large-scale systems within the Software Quality Assurance (SQA) domain. This role involves defining quality vision, aligning with enterprise standards, and championing quality-first engineering practices. Requirements 10+ years of relevant industry experience with a proven track record of driving quality at scale. 7+ years in a Quality Engineering leadership role with deep hands-on experience as an SDET/QAE. Advanced experience in manual, grey-box, and white-box testing, paired with mastery in mobile (Android/iOS) and API automation. Proficiency in modern coding and scripting languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python) with the ability to architect enterprise-level automation solutions. Demonstrated ability to define and implement scalable quality engineering frameworks and tools across distributed systems. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, metrics, and tools with experience influencing engineering practices across organizations.
