Principal Architect

We're looking for a Principal Architect to develop strategic goals and tactical solutions for network data related initiatives, including digital twin, database design, device modeling, and service modeling. The role involves collaborating with network operations, architects, and engineers, as well as software development and business stakeholders to create a comprehensive vision, standards for data management related to network infrastructure physical and logical properties, and data modeling and schema definitions for network devices and their data. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field with 15+ years of relevant experience or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field with 12+ years of relevant experience. Experience with OpenConfig or similarly related technologies for network data modeling Experience with network tools and interacting with network devices with technologies such as Ansible, Python, gNMI/gRPC Experience building network data models and/or network digital twins Experience performance tuning large datasets based on distributed data Experience building large data pipelines and/or web services Experience in building integration with upstream and downstream systems with REST APIs Experience in twinning and caching technologies and their implementations Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills Experience with network specific data and data sets is preferred Benefits Comprehensive package featuring a broad range of Health, Life, Voluntary Lifestyle benefits and other perks that enhance your physical, mental, emotional and financial wellbeing Bonus structure (short-term incentives, long-term incentives and/or sales compensation) Originally posted on Himalayas
