We have an opening for a: Pharmacist - Case Management This position is responsible for the daily activities necessary to administer the Clinical Pharmacy Case Management Program under the Drug Utilization Review (DUR) contract with the Montana Healthcare Pharmacy Program. The Pharmacist-Case Management position is full-time 40 hours a week position. The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills, the ability to work autonomously, attention to detail, and is a self-starter. A bachelor’s degree from an ACPE accredited pharmacy school as well as a minimum of five (5) years of practical experience. Targeted Compensation of $60.00 - $65.00 an hour.
