Partner Planning & Budget Manager

In this role, you’ll work closely with our client’s Director of Partner Execution & Performance by owning the Partner P&L, ensuring financial discipline, and aiding in the operating rhythm for partner business planning. The role requires strong financial acumen, operational rigor, and the ability to coordinate across Finance, Sales, Partner teams, and Marketing Planning & Ops to ensure forecasts, budgets, incentives, and planning cadences are accurate, aligned, and decision ready. This is a full time role, with benefits for a remote worker in the United States. What You’ll Be Doing: Partner Financial Ownership & Reporting • Own and manage the Global Partner P&L, including revenue, cost drivers, incentives, rebates, MDF, and program investments. • Track partner forecasts, budgets, and variances; prepare financial summaries, insights, and materials for leadership reviews. • Manage forecasting and tracking of partner incentives (earned, accrued, paid) and ensure alignment with Finance on accounting, accruals, and reporting standards. Budget Management & Funding Governance • Administer partner budgets and funding requests, coordinating with Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Partner Operations. • Track funding commitments, spend, and remaining balances while ensuring accurate documentation, approvals, and audit readiness. Planning & Operating Cadence • Oversee the partner planning calendar, including business planning cycles, forecast reviews, and budget reforecasts. • Ensure timely collection of planning inputs and maintain standardized templates, timelines, and deliverables. What You Bring: • 5+ years experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Business Planning, Sales/Channel Operations, or similar • Strong experience managing P&Ls, forecasts, and budget vs. actuals • High proficiency in Excel and financial modeling • Strong attention to detail and financial discipline • Ability to manage complex inputs across multiple stakeholders • Experience supporting partner, channel, or ecosystem business models • Familiarity with incentive structures, rebates, MDF, or partner program funding • Experience working closely with Finance and accounting teams • Experience in global or matrixed organizations Our Benefits: • Competitive compensation commensurate with experience • Full Healthcare Package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, long-term disability insurance, life, and AD&D insurance • Flexible paid time off • Paid holidays • 401k & Company Match • Learning & Development Stipend • Employee Referral Bonus Channel Impact is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
