Responsibilities • Manage daily website maintenance including plugin and theme updates, performance optimization, and security monitoring • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently • Collaborate with internal teams to implement content updates, design enhancements, and functionality improvements • Support occasional new site builds and landing page development • Maintain hosting, DNS, and documentation for client sites Requirements • 4-5 years of professional WordPress development experience • Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Experience with custom themes, plugins, and site performance tools • Familiarity with hosting environments such as WP Engine, GoDaddy, or similar • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and reliability • Local to the Twin Cities metro area (hybrid schedule: 2–3 days in office) Benefits • Flexible part-time schedule (10–20 hours per week to start) • Contract-to-hire pathway with long-term growth potential • Collaborative, supportive culture that values innovation and craftsmanship • Competitive hourly pay with room to grow into a full-time role with benefits Apply tot his job
