The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, highly detail-oriented, and able to manage complex responsibilities in a boutique law firm environment. Support new nonprofit formations by organizing incorporation documents, maintaining registries, preparing required state filings, and assisting with updates during leadership transitions. Draft professional correspondence to nonprofit leaders, board members, vendors, and regulatory agencies under attorney supervision. Maintain organized digital files, governance archives, compliance logs, and confidential records in accordance with best practices. Trust Administration Support: Prepare trust correspondence, inventory schedules, notices to beneficiaries, and asset summaries.
