Paid Social Media Planner

About the position Responsibilities • Develop execution plans, budget proposals, and implement comprehensive paid social media strategies across various platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Facebook (Meta), Instagram, Threads, and Xing taking direction from the overall media strategy and plan developed in conjunction with our media strategy partner. • Drive high engagement, conversion rates, and improve Click Through Rate (CTR) across paid social platforms commensurate with campaign tactics, goals, and objectives. • Identify optimization opportunities within and across platforms, including continuous testing of ad copy and landing pages, content type and format, and performance. • Analyze campaign performance data and ensure stakeholders understand reporting. • Offer actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis. • Utilize advanced targeting techniques to reach and engage with key audience segments. • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, content, analytics, and media buyers to ensure campaign alignment and effectiveness. • Contribute to the overall marketing strategy and support integrated marketing efforts. • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in paid media. • Ensure compliance with privacy policies. • Engage with key management and partners to align HPE's global paid social strategy with campaigns. • Oversee annual, quarterly, and on-demand campaign insights and reporting, ensuring that campaigns meet conversion objectives. • Align all social paid activities across multiple budget streams and ensure financial alignment and viability. • Assess the effectiveness of paid actions and provide input into the creative content development process. • Govern and guide around paid requests from various marketing and field/GEO teams. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree preferred. • 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience in paid media, specifically paid social media. • Proven track record of successful paid social media campaigns with measurable results. • Quantitative ability and an advanced understanding of digital media analytics, including setting up media analytics infrastructure to track KPIs. • Understanding of past and current digital marketing and technology trends. • Knowledge and passion for technology, digital marketing, and innovation. • Goal-oriented and self-motivated individual with strong communication skills and focus. • Drive to deliver and exceed performance goals. • Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven work style.
