Office manager needed to manage deliveries and back office - Contract to Hire

Jack of all trades? We are looking for you! Our company ships high-end machines within the USA through freight companies, B2B and B2C. I am looking for a responsible and organized individual to manage a shipment from start to finish—this means overseeing the process from when it is picked up until it reaches the client. You will need to ensure there are no delays, coordinate delivery with our client, and follow up afterward as needed. In addition, the job requires excellent organization and communications skills, to handle emails, calls and take care of the customer service side as well. - A plus if you have experience with freight deliveries/ companies that are based in the US. - must have knowledge in office management, such as issuing invoices, managing crm , preparing emails and more. You'll have the opportunity to be your own boss with minimal oversight, and, most importantly, you'll be able to grow alongside the company. Apply tot his job
