Grata Health is a mission-driven digital clinic dedicated to improving access to evidence-based treatment for Substance Use Disorders (SUD). We provide high-quality, remote, longitudinal care for adults navigating fragmented systems. Our model prioritizes continuity of care, patient-centered collaboration, and respect for both patients and providers. Our leadership team has successfully run healthcare companies that have positively impacted over 100,000 patients. We are confident in Grata's potential for national impact and maintain a genuinely high standard for our initial clinical team. You will be joining at an exciting stage, with a clear path to expand your responsibilities and define your leadership role as Grata scales. Right now, we are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners (NPs) licensed in Pennsylvania who are passionate about providing high-quality, longitudinal care for people with SUD, entirely via telehealth.
