Candidate Profile • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record. • Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction , or eligibility to sit for/waive into the next bar exam . • 3–5 years of substantive litigation experience. • Strong background in copyright , trademark , trade secret , consumer class action , and/or complex commercial litigation . • Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. • Ability to manage complex cases, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with clients. Key Responsibilities • Represent clients in high-stakes copyright, trademark, trade secret, and commercial litigation matters. • Handle all aspects of pre-trial litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice. • Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and memoranda with strategic insight. • Work closely with senior attorneys on case strategy, trial preparation, and client counseling. • Appear in federal and state courts, as well as before regulatory agencies. Compensation & Benefits Competitive Compensation : includes a salary ranging from $260,000 to $390,000 (determined by experience and market factors), along with opportunities to earn a discretionary performance-based bonus .
