At Conduent, our Medical Review Auditor Analysts play an integral part in ensuring that our healthcare clients receive the highest level of service. We are looking for a qualified individual who is committed to providing accurate and timely reviews of medical documents and claims, as well as identifying and addressing discrepancies. An ideal candidate should possess a strong background in medical auditing, billing, and coding, as well as an in-depth understanding of medical documentation.We are looking for an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. The Medical Review Auditor Analyst should also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team members. The successful candidate must also have a solid knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations, and an ability to consistently meet critical deadlines.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field, and at least 3 years of experience in medical auditing, coding, or billing. A Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification is preferred but not required. Responsibilities: Review medical documents and claims to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Identify and address discrepancies. Utilize strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Communicate effectively with other team members. Remain current on relevant healthcare regulations. Meet critical deadlines. Possess a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field. Have at least 3 years of experience in medical auditing, coding, or billing.
