Marketing Lead

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Lead to drive and execute our marketing strategy. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with strong experience in content creation, event support, SEO, and business development enablement. The Marketing Lead will directly supervise the Branding and Design Specialist and work closely with leadership, sales, and talent teams to ensure cohesive communication and marketing execution across the company. Responsibilities Supervise and guide the Branding and Design Specialist to ensure cohesive, high-quality visual assets that align with our brand. Lead the creation of marketing content including blog posts, case studies, presentations, landing pages, proposals, and one-pagers. Collaborate with the business development team to develop customized sales materials and client proposals. Plan, coordinate, and support virtual and in-person events (e.g. webinars, meetups, conferences) including logistics, promotion, and follow-up. Apply SEO best practices to all content and manage website updates in coordination with internal or external teams. Monitor content performance, website analytics, and keyword rankings to continuously optimize marketing efforts. Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, sales, talent, and external partners to align marketing with company goals. Stay updated on industry trends and identify new opportunities for thought leadership and brand positioning. Requirements 2-3 years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in tech or B2B services. Excellent writing and editing skills in English. Expertise in content development and messaging for sales and brand positioning. Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization. Experience overseeing branding and design processes. Solid event planning and coordination experience. Familiarity with tools such as ClickUp, Figma, Webflow, and Google Suite.
