Managing Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead client strategy and lifecycle execution for key accounts, driving retention and growth goals • Integrate specialty practices (e.g., Wellness, VB, Vital Incite, Pharmacy Solutions, Captives) into client solutions • Build and maintain senior-level carrier and client relationships, serving as executive sponsor for escalations • Stay current on industry trends, legislation, products, and competitive market conditions • Act as a player/coach to develop Consultants, Account Managers, and Analysts; create workflows and lead initiatives • Partner with producers on prospect meetings, sales projects, and cross-sell opportunities (P&C, Retirement) • Supervise Account Management team: coaching, performance reviews, goal-setting, compensation, and disciplinary actions QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree in Business or relevant work experience • Minimum of 7+ years of related experience • State Life & Health Licenses required • Strong technical knowledge of employee benefits and policies, and the ability to understand the needs and requirements of the clients, from strategic and tactical vantage points • Previous supervisory experience preferred ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This job is fully remote.
