The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Manager, Onboarding Operations, to lead critical operational functions supporting our rapidly growing network of 350+ healthcare providers across all 50 states. This role is essential to our scaling strategy as we continue to grow. You will own the end-to-end process of onboarding Allara providers, maintaining compliance with credentialing requirements, and maintaining strong relationships with providers and other key stakeholders. Location: Hybrid SoHo office in NYC, at least three days a week (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday) with flexibility as needed OR Remote (U.S). Your Impact • Ensure providers are fully credentialed, maximized in payer enrollments, and ready to deliver care from day one, adapting credentialing priorities to support dynamic capacity needs. • Direct and mentor a team of Specialists and Coordinators, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and high performance • Maintain warm and engaging relationships with providers throughout the credentialing and onboarding process, ensuring timely and seamless transitions into care. • Define project priorities, timelines, and KPIs, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule. Develop and maintain SOPs, QA measures, and dashboards for monitoring enrollment, licensing, and compliance. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve operational workflows and data management practices, and design and implement automations to foster process improvement. Required Qualifications • 3+ years of healthcare operations experience, with at least 1 year in a management role • Experience managing distributed healthcare provider networks (100+ providers preferred). • Proven track record in operational analytics and KPI management. Preferred Qualifications • Background in multi-state telehealth, digital health, or virtual care operations strongly preferred. • Experience with multi-state healthcare operations and provider network management. • Experience with learning management systems or provider onboarding software solutions. What Allara Offers Compensation Career Growth • $75,000 - $85,000 Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to: candidate experience, education, certifications, and skill set.
