Long Term Automation Developer Needed
Alea Solutions is an automation focused company serving trade and service businesses, and I’m looking for a developer who can work with me long term to build the systems that will power the operation. I have experience building automations myself and have already implemented them for a few businesses, but as I scale the business I need someone who can take over development using Make, n8n, Zapier, or whichever platform is best for the workflow in question. The goal is to productize a set of core systems for clients, covering invoicing automation, payment workflows, inventory tracking and reorders, documentation and compliance, and crew communication and job delegation. These will be the backbone of the offering, so I’m looking for someone who can build reliable and scalable systems that are easy for businesses to implement and use. This is paid development work, but I’m also looking to build a long term working relationship with the right person; someone who wants to grow with me, work alongside me on the backend, and eventually become the developer behind the operation as we expand further. If you have experience designing automation systems, building workflows, and solving operational problems using tools like Make, Zapier, n8n, Airtable, Google Workspace, or similar platforms, you’d be a strong fit.
