As a Live Chat Support Agent, you will provide exceptional support to our customers through our live chat system, assisting them with inquiries about our exquisite jewelry collections and ensuring they have a seamless shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: • Engage with customers via live chat, providing friendly and accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions. • Assist customers with order inquiries, including processing, shipping information, and returns. • Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy. • Maintain clear documentation of customer interactions in our system to assist with future inquiries. • Stay informed about our product offerings and company policies to provide informed assistance. • Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience and share insights for continuous improvement. • Embody a positive and friendly attitude while interacting with customers to enhance satisfaction. Requirements: • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. • No prior experience is needed; we provide training and support for new team members. • Strong written communication skills and a willingness to learn. • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively. • Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital communication tools are advantageous. • A passion for luxury products and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
