We’re looking for more than just editing — we want to see the strategy behind your cuts. Kim Shui is seeking a highly motivated Content Strategist / Video Editor to join our team part-time. This role is ideal for a creative thinker who is passionate about visual storytelling, understands performance-driven content, and knows how to tailor assets into compelling digital narratives. Key Responsibilities: - Strategically edit and produce video content optimized for social media advertising—especially Facebook and TikTok campaigns - Develop and execute growth-driven content strategies that align with Kim Shui’s brand voice and marketing goals - Create platform-native assets for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form video channels - Conceptualize and capture social-first video content to be distributed across digital channels - Monitor performance of content to iterate and refine creative strategy Who You Are: - A self-starter who can independently manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment - Experienced in editing high-performing social media content, with a strong understanding of what drives engagement and conversions - A strategic thinker who blends creativity with data insights to inform video concepts and edits - Agile and action-oriented, with the ability to pivot quickly in response to feedback or trends - Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, with strong storytelling instincts and an eye for visual composition - Bonus: Experience with social media copywriting, motion graphics, or light animation Apply tot his job
