Overview Groom Law Group seeks a junior-level associate with commercial litigation experience to join its nationwide federal court ERISA practice. The location of this position is flexible and can be structured as a remote work arrangement. Responsibilities The litigation associate would represent clients in class actions and other complex litigation matters related to the management and administration of retirement and healthcare plans and investigations by federal agencies. Qualifications Employee benefits experience is a plus but is not required.
