Call Center Customer Service Representative -Remote
Axion Contact is seeking motivated, sharp and well-spoken individuals for Call Center positions located in Blue Bell, PA for one the country?s leading healthcare providers. This is an extremely fast paced call center where our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for responding in a timely, professional and courteous manner.
Responsibilities for Call Center Representatives:
? Customer Service
? Data Entry
? Following sets of outlined instructions, processes and procedures in accordance with the department and company policies. and quickly adapting to changes and modifications
? Communicate with patients/medical professionals
? Obtain necessary patient information to provide excellent customer service
? Working independently with little to no supervision on goal oriented projects and tasks
Axion needs candidates who can thrive in this setting with the ability to, with a professional demeanor, follow detailed instructions, efficiently execute multiple tasks at once... communicate clearly and kindly with all levels of customers and providers. Our Ideal candidates must be able to quickly adapt and be able to think critically.
Must be able to work a 40 hour and be equipped with necessary necessary computer (windows 10+)
