The Center at CenterPlace is Greeley's premier, dedicated short-term rehabilitation facility featuring 54 private suites, state of the art rehabilitation equipment, and care delivered in a hotel-like setting.
Our center is seeking team-oriented, CNAs who are dedicated to patient outcomes and customer service. .
Essential Job Duties
? CNAs Provide assistance with routine nursing care and activities of daily living for patients according to their care plan
? Documents patient care as provided
? Obtain and record vital signs as directed by the assigned nurse
? Respond to patient needs and requests, in addition to routine care
Requirements
? Valid CNA licensure
