Customer Service Representative / Office Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative / Office Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical, administrative functions, and customer service in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities: ? Answer incoming calls and emails from customers inquiring about their orders ? Send updates to customers about their orders as needed ? Gather information on customer complaints for speedy resolutions from management ? Call applicants and schedule interviews for the Plant Manager to conduct ? Conduct onboarding paperwork, background checks, and E-Verify reports for all new hires ? Perform all other relatable office tasks given by Plant Manager

Preferred Qualifications: ? Previous experience in MS office systems and Outlook ? Ability to prioritize and multitask ? Strong attention to detail ? ?Strong organizational skills

Schedule and Benefits:
? Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
