This position is full time, hourly, and nonexempt.

Duties
? Answer and respond to incoming participant phone calls, voice mails and emails
? Must meet or exceed required level of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in all measured areas
? Complete other projects as assigned by Director or Supervisor
? Review and approve reimbursement claims

Qualifications
? Have strong typing and 10key skills
? Have excellent customer service skills
? Be highly motivated
? Have positive attitude
? Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately
? Ability to work well within a team
? Spanish speaking useful

Education and Experience - High School Diploma or equivalent is required

Physical Requirements - This position requires the employee to be seated the majority of the work time.
