Ensuring all email communications meet the company's tone and quality standards. Collaborating with the support team to identify and resolve recurring issues. Providing timely updates to customers on pending requests or solutions. Following company policies, procedures, and service-level agreements to deliver exceptional support. Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and clarity. Ability to multitask and manage multiple email threads efficiently. Basic computer knowledge with familiarity in MS Office and email platforms. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Good problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach. Experience We're looking for candidates with: 0–2 years of experience in email support, customer service, or any similar role. Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply. Working Hours As an Email Support Executive, you'll work: Evening shift: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Flexible for part-time remote work). Work-from-home opportunity with a reliable internet connection required.
