In this vital role, you will provide immediate assistance to individuals affected by natural disasters, offering emotional support, guidance, and solutions to help them navigate the relief process. **What's the Job?** As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for individuals affected by natural disasters, such as hurricanes, floods, wildfires, and more.
