Responsibilities Lead and manage high-end private residential design projects from concept to completion Serve as the primary client-facing representative, ensuring exceptional service and communication throughout the project lifecycle Collaborate closely with the principal and project team to deliver bespoke design solutions tailored to client needs Conduct site visits, oversee installations, and maintain quality standards for all deliverables Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless project execution Skills Lead and manage high-end private residential design projects from concept to completion Serve as the primary client-facing representative, ensuring exceptional service and communication throughout the project lifecycle Collaborate closely with the principal and project team to deliver bespoke design solutions tailored to client needs Conduct site visits, oversee installations, and maintain quality standards for all deliverables Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless project execution Strong portfolio showcasing high-end residential projects Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to work with high-profile clients Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in design software and familiarity with luxury materials and finishes Based in San Francisco; available to work on-site at the principal's residence 2–3 days per week, with flexibility for client meetings and site visits Open to candidates at junior, intermediate, or senior levels, provided they demonstrate exceptional design talent and professionalism Benefits Monthly health stipend.
