Installation Coordinator I

The Installation Coordinator I will develop strong relationships with customers throughout the installation process, coordinating scheduling and ensuring that field technicians meet HME's installation standards. Responsibilities Coordinates with the Sales Group, installer, and customer to facilitate installation Selects installing company and assigns work order to authorize shipment and installation Coordinates to ensure site readiness Reviews daily status reports Updates installation status in computer systems Ensures technicians are equipped with clear instructions and scopes of work, and have equipment for installations per HME standards Enforces timely closures of field service orders Obtains and maintains photos and other documentation associated with installations Reviews daily status reports to ensure installations completed as scheduled and follows up with field technicians to identify any open field service orders Works with installer and customer to address and resolve installation problems in a timely manner Analyzes and recommends solutions to problem installations Demonstrates customer service and conflict resolution skills with customers Follows up with customer on pending site readiness issues such as conduit, power, and wiring issues Coordinates field service orders with appropriate Installer taking into account location, availability, service level agreement, and training per standard operating procedures Ensures resolution of service issues by coordinating with Technical Support, installers and customers Communicates status and issues to internal and external customers until resolution is reached Skills Excellent customer service skills Good problem solving skills Good verbal communication skills and telephone manner Ability to use PC and good typing skills High level of organization Ability to follow tasks through to completion 1+ years Related Field Benefits Tuition reimbursement 3 weeks paid vacation your first year Paid holidays Medical Vision and dental coverage Pet insurance Life insurance 401K contributions Company Overview Founded in 1971, HM Electronics (HME) is a family of industry-leading companies dedicated to Quality & Continuous Improvement in the Drive Thru and Pro Audio sectors.
