Human Resources (Talent Acquisition) Internship Program

Gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition at King Law Offices, supporting hiring and onboarding in a hybrid legal environment. Your Role Key responsibilities include: • Assisting with job postings on internal and external platforms, including Trakstar Hire, college career boards, and professional networks. • Supporting outreach to colleges and universities for internship and hiring opportunities. • Communicating with candidates and tracking application progress in the applicant tracking system. • Participating in the onboarding process by assisting with new hire documentation. • Collecting, tracking, and organizing candidate and employee data for reporting purposes. • Supporting HR communications, including job descriptions, internal announcements, and recruitment updates. About You The company is looking for: • College students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • Recommendation from a faculty advisor or internship coordinator. • Ability to receive school credit required. Training & Development • Mentorship from experienced human resources and recruiting professionals. • Weekly 15-minute progress meetings with the Chief Talent Manager. • Midpoint progress assessment and final presentation summarizing learning and recommendations. • Exposure to HR systems, compliance, employer branding, and talent strategy.
