About us: We help small business owners navigate financial challenges. Founded in 2023, we're experiencing rapid growth and need HubSpot expertise to support our scaling operations. Our HubSpot instance is currently managed by multiple individuals, and while that will continue, we no longer have the bandwidth to keep up with our task and project HubSpot backlog due to rapid growth. We need someone to come in and be our HubSpot specialist and action the backlog while offering occasional direction. What You'll Work On: - Build and maintain automated workflows for sales processes and client service operations - Clear a backlog of HubSpot optimization projects across sales and service teams - Troubleshoot existing HubSpot Workflows and fix issues that impact sales or client experience - Document your work so our internal team can maintain systems between projects What We Need From You: - 3+ years hands-on HubSpot experience, specifically with Workflows across Sales and Service Hubs - Strong understanding of CRM, Sales, Commerce, Service, Automation, and Data Management objects in HubSpot - Clear documentation practices Working Style: - Self-directed - you can take a project description and run with it - Communicates directly and professionally without unnecessary jargon - Comfortable working with a small, fast-moving team across multiple functions Logistics: - 10-15 hours per week (not a M-F 8-5, but occasional, internal-only virtual meetings required) - Ongoing engagement (not a one-time project) - Quick response time needed for urgent troubleshooting (occasional) To Apply: - Your specific HubSpot Workflow experience across sales and/or service functions (examples welcome) - Your hourly rate - Your typical availability for weekly work - One workflow project you've built that you're particularly proud of and why Apply tot his job
