Remote HR Employee Benefits Specialist (Fully Remote) | $4,500–$5,500/month We’re looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Employee Benefits Specialist to join our fully remote HR team. In this role, you’ll oversee and support our employee benefits programs—making sure team members clearly understand their options and receive accurate, timely assistance throughout enrollment and beyond. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in HR benefits administration, compliance, and employee support who enjoys improving the overall employee experience while working independently in a remote environment. What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) • Administer and manage employee benefits programs including health, retirement, wellness, and life insurance • Support employees with benefits enrollment, eligibility questions, and claims assistance • Maintain accurate benefits records, elections, changes, and compliance documentation • Ensure benefits programs remain compliant with federal, state, and local regulations • Partner with benefits providers to address service issues and support plan administration • Communicate benefits options clearly and provide ongoing employee guidance • Prepare reports to evaluate benefits effectiveness and recommend improvements • Track enrollment periods, deadlines, and benefits-related timelines What We’re Looking For (Qualifications) • Proven experience as an HR Employee Benefits Specialist or in a related HR role • Strong knowledge of health, retirement, and insurance benefit programs • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and employee support skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely • Experience with HRIS systems and benefits administration tools • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home workspace Pay & Benefits • 100% remote — work from anywhere • Monthly pay: $4,500–$5,500 (based on experience) • Paid training and ongoing professional development opportunities • Flexible scheduling options • Clear career advancement paths in HR and benefits administration • Supportive, collaborative team culture If you’re passionate about employee benefits, compliance, and creating a positive HR experience in a remote setting, we’d love to hear from you.
