About the position Responsibilities • Manage incentives and grants related to health care workforce recruitment and retention. • Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive policy and project strategies. • Support the Health Care Provider Incentive Program to improve access and reduce health inequities. • Analyze data and evaluate program performance to inform policy and identify barriers. • Communicate policy priorities and program impact through reports and presentations. • Coordinate with diverse communities to assess workforce needs and implement solutions. • Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines, ensuring compliance and execution. Requirements • A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science or any degree demonstrating the capacity for the knowledge and skills. • Four years of professional-level evaluative, analytical and planning work. • Any combination of experience and education equivalent to seven years of experience that typically supports the knowledge and skills for the classification. Nice-to-haves • Proven experience in administering and managing grants or incentive programs. • Demonstrated expertise in leading complex, cross-sector partnerships. • Strong background in analyzing data and evaluating program performance. • Exceptional ability in communicating policy priorities and program impact. • Skill in coordinating with diverse communities for culturally responsive solutions. • Track record of managing multiple projects with competing deadlines. • Adept at representing programs to high-level advisory bodies.
