Head of Sales (Remote from Washington)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Head of Sales in Washington. In this role, you will lead the commercial growth strategy for the U.S. market, driving revenue and expanding brand presence in the fast-evolving eCommerce and SaaS landscape. You will manage and mentor a team of Account Executives while collaborating closely with global leadership to shape go-to-market strategy and build strong relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients. This position requires a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in high-growth environments, balancing pipeline development, deal closure, and team development. You will work cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on lead generation, product positioning, and client engagement. This role offers the autonomy to make a significant impact, shape sales processes, and drive measurable growth. Accountabilities : Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed U.S. revenue targets. Identify key growth sectors within the U.S. eCommerce market and tailor outreach strategies accordingly. Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on lead generation, product positioning, and campaign execution. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reporting, and CRM data hygiene. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. Build, mentor, and scale the U.S. sales team, establishing consistent processes and SOPs for repeatable success. Requirements : 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or director role. Proven track record closing deals with mid-market and enterprise clients. Strong knowledge of the U.S. eCommerce and customer support ecosystem. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience in startup or high-growth environments preferred. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Hubspot). Ability to work remotely, independently, and across multiple time zones. Benefits : Fully remote role with flexible work arrangements.
