The Head of Human Resources is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of the global HR function. As a key member of the leadership team, this position partners closely with the Group General Manager and senior leaders to align HR strategies with the company’s global business objectives. This position is in Richardson, Texas (Dallas/Fort Worth).

You'll Make An Impact By

  • Collaborating with the Group General Manager and senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support global business goals.
  • Leading and managing the global HR function, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee engagement.
  • Driving organizational effectiveness through strategic workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee relations, conflict resolution, and change management.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies across all countries of operation.
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Leading HR communications and change management initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a global organization.
  • Demonstrated success in leading geographically dispersed HR teams and managing international HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. and international labor laws, HR best practices, and global business environments.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into effective HR solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and cross-cultural skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
