Graphic Design Intern (Fall 2025)

We work with campaigns, nonprofits, advocacy organizations, and causes on the front lines of racial justice, climate action, privacy and tech policy, immigration rights, and economic justice. We’re looking for a creative, driven design intern to join our team for Fall 2025 (September - November 2025). What does the role involve? As a graphic design intern at Middle Seat, you’ll work closely with our design team to support real campaigns and causes with impactful visuals. You’ll create social media graphics, digital ads, print collateral, branding assets, and more. You’ll be encouraged to bring your own creative voice while learning how to collaborate in a fast-paced political design environment. This role is available either remotely or in person at our Washington, D.C. office. You’ll get experience in: • Designing graphics for email, social media, and digital ads • Applying brand guidelines to new and existing creative • Building simple animations (GIFs, video loops) and editing video clips • Assisting with print materials like flyers, proposals, and direct mail • Supporting the creative team on larger design projects including identity design and web graphics • Receiving and implementing feedback from designers, strategists, and clients • Collaborating with strategists, developers, and other creatives to deliver cross-platform assets Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
