At Adcubator, we value extreme ownership, technical mastery, and a "no-BS" approach to results. The Work You will own the strategy and execution for a portfolio of brands. You aren't just pushing buttons; you are architecting the entire growth engine. • Full Stack Execution: Expert-level management of Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, and Demand Gen. • Research & Competitor Domination: You’ll use Semrush and Google Keyword Planner for deep market and competitor research. You know how to execute competitor bidding strategies to take the #1 spot and stay there profitably. • Copy & Funnels: You’ll write high-converting ad copy and leverage advertorials and comparison pages to bridge the gap between the click and the sale. • Direct Client Contact: You are the main Point of Contact (POC). You lead the daily/weekly syncs, present the strategy, and attend meetings with both the client and our internal Google reps. • Performance Tracking: You don't just look at ROAS. You understand aMER, MER, CAC, and nCAC and can "read between the lines" of a dataset to find the truth. What You Bring (Requirements) • Agency Experience is Mandatory: You understand the pressure and the pace. You’ve managed multiple high-growth portfolios before. • DTC Track Record: 2+ years of proven success scaling brands specifically in the US or European markets. • The Tech Stack: You are fluent in TripleWhale, Northbeam, G-Suite, ClickUp, Slack, and Google Merchant Center (Feed Optimization). • Tactical Mastery: You know exactly how to split Branded vs. Non-Branded traffic, when to use Seasonal Bid Adjustments, and which bidding strategy (tROAS vs. Maximize Conversions) fits the account's maturity. • Communication: Your English (written and spoken) is excellent. You are proactive and open—if there’s a dip in performance, you’ve already found the solution before the meeting starts.
