GoHigh Level Admin Specialist

This is a remote position. Schedule: • 20 hours per week • Monday to Friday, flexible during PST business hours. • Client timezone: Escondido, CA Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented GoHighLevel Admin Specialist to build, organize, and manage our GoHighLevel platform. This role is essential to setting up the foundation of our business operations as GoHighLevel will handle our website, funnels, email automations, and CRM in one place. You’ll work directly with the business owner and follow a step-by-step transition plan (provided via Google Sheet) to ensure everything is properly implemented and optimized. ​ Responsibilities • Set up and configure GoHighLevel platform including website integration, funnels, automations, and CRM pipelines. • Migrate and organize existing processes (email sequences, contact lists, workflows) into GoHighLevel. • Build and test funnels, landing pages, forms, and automation sequences. • Manage and optimize CRM pipelines for lead capture, follow-ups, and sales tracking. • Assist with email campaign creation and automation workflows. • Follow the transition plan to ensure smooth setup and documentation of processes. • Troubleshoot platform issues and provide ongoing technical/admin support. Qualifications • Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel setup and administration. • Strong knowledge of funnels, email automations, and CRM management. • Familiarity with email marketing and customer journey mapping. • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to follow structured plans. • Strong organizational and communication skills. Nice to Have • Experience with web design and optimization inside GoHighLevel. • Knowledge of social media marketing tools (future scope of role). • Basic copywriting or design skills for funnels and emails.
