Global Health and Safety Manager
The Global Health and Safety Manager is responsible for driving key safety initiatives and Behavior Based Safety implementation across the Coca-Cola system, enabling Safety Performance Excellence. Responsible for broadening the Global Safety Council network and driving execution across key focus areas, tapping into Quality Safety & Environmental thought leaders as well as other subject matter experts Subject Matter Expert (SME’s). The goals and strategies for the role focus on short-term (1 year), mid-term (2-3 years) and long term (3+ years) development of key Safety initiatives across the system with implementation and rigorous follow up and supporting actions. As an individual contributor reporting to the Director of Health and Safety, has the responsibility of leading the Global Safety Council work teams and making the necessary connections to drive safety performance.
