Global Director, Revenue Operations (Remote from US)

About the position We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Global Director of Revenue Operations to lead and optimize all go-to-market functions across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This role oversees global revenue operations, systems, and enablement programs to ensure predictable growth, operational efficiency, and data-informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine analytical rigor, operational expertise, and leadership skills to scale GTM processes and enable teams to execute with clarity and consistency. This role involves partnering closely with executive leadership to align strategy, drive performance metrics, and enhance productivity through systems, analytics, and enablement initiatives. You will mentor and develop a high-performing team, standardize processes, and ensure actionable insights drive business outcomes across global regions. Responsibilities • Design and execute the global go-to-market strategy in partnership with executive leadership. • Lead the global Sales Enablement function, overseeing onboarding, training, and certification programs. • Define and manage revenue operations processes, metrics, and territory planning for scalable growth. • Optimize GTM systems and tools, ensuring integration, efficiency, and alignment with strategic goals. • Develop dashboards, scorecards, and analytics to provide visibility into revenue performance and opportunities. • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams to align execution with business priorities. • Mentor and develop Revenue Operations and Enablement teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred. • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Go-to-Market Strategy in B2B or professional services environments. • Proven experience leading Sales Enablement and operational functions at a global or multi-regional level. • Strong proficiency with Salesforce and revenue tech stacks (HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, LMS platforms, BI tools). • Demonstrated ability to build scalable processes, metrics, and enablement programs that drive growth. • Strategic mindset with strong analytical acumen, business insight, and systems-oriented thinking. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience leading organizational transformation, scaling global revenue teams, or navigating growth initiatives. • Willingness to travel approximately 10%, potentially internationally, with a valid passport.
