Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred. • 15+ years of operations management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in apparel, retail, or consumer goods. • Proven experience in driving operational excellence, efficiency, and profitability improvements. • Strong expertise in supply chain management, manufacturing processes, and retail operations. • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and build a performance-driven culture. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent decision-making skills.
