Full-Time Account Manager (E-Commerce - Amazon) Hours: 40 hours per week Schedule: Flexible Reports to: E-Commerce Manager Pay: Hourly About Us We’re a fast-growing toy and creative play company with a strong presence on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms. Our team is passionate about creativity, innovation, and providing exceptional customer experiences. We’re looking for a part-time Amazon Associate to help manage and optimize our Amazon business operations, ensuring our listings are accurate, our inventory is balanced, and our performance metrics stay strong. Job Responsibilities Inventory Forecasting & Management • Track and forecast FBA and AWD inventory levels. • Monitor restock alerts and coordinate with internal teams for replenishment. • Help identify slow-moving or high-demand SKUs and adjust plans accordingly. • Understand how to pull and evaluate sales reports to assist with sales forecasting every 2-3 months. Listing Management • Assist in updating product listings, titles, images, pricing, and backend information as needed. • Create and break product variations as needed. • Work with the internal Amazon team to optimize listings based on high performing keywords to maximize visibility and conversions. • Monitor and resolve listing suppressions or errors. • Ensure all product content meets brand guidelines and Amazon compliance standards. • Create Amazon cases and follow up accordingly to ensure accurate listings. • Monitor listings and assist with resolving missing features and details. Account Management Support • Monitor key account health metrics (pricing, buy box, performance notifications). • Support promotions, coupons, deal uploads, and brand page management. • Help with data pulls, reports, and basic analytics on sales. • Assist in fees reimbursement process (manual or automatic). • Continuously stay updated on latest Amazon trends and features to ensure account compliance. Customer Experience • Monitor customer feedback and reviews, escalating negative feedback to the e-commerce manager. Qualifications • 2–3 years of Amazon Seller Central experience (required). • Familiarity with inventory forecasting and product listing tools. • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc.). • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Comfortable working independently, with clear communication and follow-through. • Experience with tools like Helium 10 or Jungle Scout. • Experience with Quickbooks is a plus. • SEO Knowledge - Keyword research and PDP optimization.
