Provide expert guidance and recommendations on research methodology and study design. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in epidemiology and incorporate them into research projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential issues and challenges in research projects. Mentor and guide junior team members on epidemiological techniques and methods. Contribute to the development and improvement of processes and tools used in epidemiology research. Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for professional growth and development. Represent IQVIA and its values while interacting with clients and partners. Maintain accurate and organized records of research activities and results. Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality work within set deadlines. Continuously monitor and assess the impact of research findings on drug development and patient outcomes.
