Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the beauty industry, specifically in the skincare sector. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, innovations, and competitor products in the skincare industry. Collaborate with the brand team to develop and execute strategic plans for Dr Jart products. Use market insights and consumer research to inform product development and marketing strategies. Conduct in-depth product and ingredient analysis to ensure the highest quality and efficacy of Dr Jart products. Act as a brand ambassador and represent Dr Jart at events and industry conferences. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, influencers, and industry experts. Create and deliver engaging presentations and training materials to educate and inspire sales teams and retailers. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product launches and promotions. Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to improve and enhance Dr Jart products. Represent the brand with professionalism, integrity, and passion to drive brand awareness and sales.
