Freelance Social Media Content Creator

The Role We’re looking for a creative, reliable freelance social media content creator to collaborate with our team on producing meaningful, eye-catching content that strengthens our online community. This role is ideal for a freelancer who loves storytelling, keeps a pulse on social media trends, and enjoys bringing ideas to life through engaging visuals and copy. You’ll work closely with the CEO and executive team to create high-quality, on-brand content that supports our digital presence and community engagement goals. What You’ll Do • Collaborate with the team to plan and produce social media content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, etc.) • Create posts, captions, and stories that align with our brand voice and messaging • Support community engagement by monitoring comments, messages, and audience interactions (as agreed in scope of work) • Capture lifestyle and event content (photo and video) within Park City, Kamas and Salt Lake Velley area as needed • Organize and deliver content files (photos, videos, and graphics) according to project timelines • Participate in virtual or on-site brainstorming sessions and occasional shoots What You’ll Need • 2 - 4 years of experience in social media content creation, marketing, or communications (or equivalent portfolio of work) • Strong written and visual storytelling skills • Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Rush, or Meta’s suite of creative tools • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly with the team • A proactive, flexible mindset and strong attention to detail • Access to a smartphone with high-quality video/photo capability (iPhone preferred) Project Details • Engagement Type: Freelance / Independent Contractor • Estimated Hours: 10 hours per week (may vary based on project load) • Location: Hybrid — remote work with occasional on-site content capture in Park City, Kamas, and Salt Lake Valley. • Schedule: Flexible, with some availability required for events or key shoot days Why You’ll Love Working With Us • Collaborative, creative team environment • Opportunities to build your portfolio with a growing brand • Flexible schedule and remote-friendly work style • Potential for ongoing or expanded projects To Apply: Interested candidates are invited to submit a resume and cover letter detailing their qualifications, experience, and portfolios to [email protected].
