Join our expert bench of fractional CTO advisors and help shape AI product decisions for a global AI-first technology and services group. As a senior technology leader, you will provide high-leverage guidance and concise advice on AI strategy and technical detail. Requirements • 10+ years’ senior technical leadership (CTO, Head of AI, Distinguished Engineer) with production AI/ML at scale • Proven experience in system design, safety/threat modelling, model/eval frameworks, or shipping LLM/agent features • Strong written and verbal communication skills; history of producing decision-ready artifacts (ADRs, diagrams, audits) Benefits • Hourly: USD $50 - $250/hr per hour depending on specialty and seniority • Engagement term: Typically 6–12 months with flexible scope and deliverables • Payment & contractor terms: Independent Contractor status only.
